Welcome to Bonded by Genes DNA. By accessing our website, scheduling an appointment, or using any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before engaging with our company. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our website or services.

All services provided by Bonded by Genes DNA, including DNA testing, drug and alcohol testing, fingerprinting, and related services, are offered for lawful purposes only. Clients must be 18 years or older or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to participate in testing. All testing is conducted in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations. By using our services, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information during the scheduling, collection, and result review process.

All payments for services are due at the time of scheduling or collection. Bonded by Genes DNA accepts approved forms of payment listed on our website or discussed at booking. All sales are final. Due to the nature of laboratory services, once a sample has been collected, shipped, or processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. If a client cancels an appointment before the scheduled date and no sample has been collected, a refund may be considered, minus a $25 administrative fee. Home or lab kits that have been shipped are non-refundable.

Bonded by Genes DNA makes every effort to ensure that test results are accurate and timely. However, we do not guarantee exact turnaround times as laboratory processing may vary. Test results are dependent on the quality of the sample provided and adherence to collection procedures. In rare cases, results may be inconclusive due to insufficient or contaminated samples, biological factors, or laboratory limitations. In such instances, a retest may be offered only if it is determined that an error occurred during our collection process.

Otherwise, the client may purchase a new test at a reduced rate.
All test results are strictly confidential and will only be released to the tested individual, legal guardian, or authorized third party with written consent. Clients are responsible for safeguarding their own login credentials or communication channels used to access results. Bonded by Genes DNA, its partners, and laboratories are not responsible for unauthorized access or disclosure resulting from client negligence.

For mobile testing, mileage is included within a 35-mile radius of our office location. Travel beyond 35 miles will incur a mileage fee as stated on our pricing page. All travel fees must be paid in full before the appointment. Clients are responsible for ensuring accurate address information when booking mobile services.

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of any payments made. For mobile services, travel fees are non-refundable once a collector is en route. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may be required to reschedule at the discretion of our staff.

Bonded by Genes DNA and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages, claims, or losses arising out of or related to the use of our website, services, or results, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone who violates company policies, engages in abusive behavior, or attempts to manipulate the testing process. We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice.
All content on the Bonded by Genes DNA website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Bonded by Genes DNA and may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written consent. Unauthorized use of our materials may result in legal action.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or related to these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in California.

Bonded by Genes DNA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with the revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
